General Usage Terms
- Agreement to These Terms
By booking, using the Xtreme360 Padel facility or accessing services (including online services), you (“Member”, “Guest”, “Player”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your use of courts, classes, events, bookings, memberships, and any services provided by Xtreme360 Padel. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not book or use our services.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into this agreement. Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent. Anyone under 16 must always be supervised by an adult.
- Bookings & Payments
3.1 All court bookings and services must be paid in full at the time of booking or at the time-of-service delivery.
3.2 We may use third-party booking platforms (e.g., Bookaball). Use of such platforms is also subject to their terms and conditions.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete contact details when making bookings.
3.4 Cancellation policies apply and may vary by service type (see Section 7 — Cancellations).
- Court Usage
4.1 Courts may only be used during allocated booking times.
4.2 You must wear appropriate padel footwear and adhere to facility safety rules.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining good conduct and complying with all posted facility rules.
4.4 Players must ensure court equipment is handled responsibly and returned after use.
- Conduct & Behaviour
5.1 You agree to behave respectfully towards other players, members of staff, and guests at all times.
5.2 Verbal abuse, violence, threats, harassment, discriminatory conduct, or intimidation will not be tolerated.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse service or require you (or your guests) to leave the facility if behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or detrimental to other patrons.
- Guests
6.1 Members may introduce guests. Members are responsible for ensuring guests comply with these Terms.
6.2 All guests must agree to adhere to the same rules and safety standards as Members.
- Cancellations & Refunds
7.1 Court bookings and services are subject to the facility’s cancellation policy.
7.2 If cancellations are not made within the designated cancellation period (24 hours before the scheduled booking), fees may still apply.
7.3 Refunds (where applicable) will be issued in accordance with the policy in force at the time of booking.
- Liability & Assumption of Risk
8.1 Participation in activities at Xtreme360 Padel involves inherent risks, including risk of injury or damage. By using our facility, you assume all such risks.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtreme360 Padel does not accept liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except where directly caused by our proven negligence.
8.3 You are responsible for your own health and fitness and should not use facilities if you have any condition that may put you or others at risk.
- Personal Data & Privacy
9.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data may be used for bookings, communications, legal compliance, and marketing (with consent).
9.2 You agree to receive communications from us regarding bookings, facility updates, and relevant services.
- Intellectual Property
10.1 Content on our website, promotional materials and branding elements are the property of Xtreme360 Padel (or licensors) and are protected by law.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use intellectual property without express written consent.
- Changes to Terms
11.1 Xtreme360 Padel may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our website.
11.2 Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
